Website and purpose
TECDEG — Technology Digital Engineering Group is the brand presenting technology, creative and consulting services from Honduras. Contact administrador@tecdeg.com. These terms cover informational use of the website; services require a specific proposal and acceptance.
Prices and contracting
“From” amounts are starting prices in Honduran lempiras and depend on scope. The starter website starts at L 2,500 with hosting included; the quote must specify duration, renewal, domain, deliverables and taxes before acceptance. Other packages state whether tax is included or additional. Browsing or clicking a contact button does not place an order or create a charge. This website does not process payments. Social media links are external channels and do not replace a contractual proposal.
Project scope
Deliverables, timing, revisions, support, licenses, responsibilities and payment terms are agreed in each proposal. Monthly marketing excludes advertising spend, events and special productions unless expressly agreed. Using this website alone does not guarantee commercial results or uninterrupted service.
Content and intellectual property
Brands, photographs, designs and showcased work belong to their respective rights holders. Portfolio display does not license reproduction, resale or claims of authorship. Ownership and licensing of contracted deliverables are set out in the project agreement.
Permitted use and links
Use this site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, extract restricted information, distribute harmful code or disrupt services. Links to WhatsApp, providers and the ERP lead to services with their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance and incidents may cause interruptions. You may contact us by email or telephone during an error. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit limiting. Specific service agreements govern contracted projects.

Read the privacy notice for current data practices and third-party services. Email administrador@tecdeg.com with questions. Updated terms are published with a new date and do not automatically replace an existing contract.
