This notice covers the informational website tecdeg.com, operated under the TECDEG brand in Honduras. Contact administrador@tecdeg.com about personal data. The ERP portal uses Odoo on a separate VPS and must provide its own notice before enabling forms or data collection features.
Data used today
This website presents services and contact links; it does not process payments or include its own data collection forms. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, you share the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, prepare a proposal and manage the relationship you request. Do not send passwords, payment cards or sensitive information through these channels.
Browsing and hosting
Hostinger hosts and delivers the website. Infrastructure may record IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser details and errors to operate and protect the service. Technical logs and communications may have different retention periods. Contact us for information about your particular case.
Third-party services
Google Fonts delivers typefaces: loading them sends connection information, including your IP address, to Google. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta) receive information when you open their links or use their services. Social links do not embed feeds or tracking pixels on this website. Email and the client portal use their own storage systems. Provider policies also apply to their services, and information may be processed outside Honduras.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Optional analytics only starts when a Google Analytics 4 property is configured and you select “Accept analytics”. Its tag is not loaded before acceptance. Select “Necessary only” to decline, or change your choice through “Cookies & privacy”. We store your choice locally for 180 days. When enabled, Google receives technical connection information, visited pages and browser information for usage statistics. We configure _ga cookies for up to 180 days without automatic renewal. This integration excludes URL parameters and user identifiers and disables advertising signals and personalization. Revoking consent stops the integration and removes accessible Analytics cookies on this domain; it does not erase data already received by Google. Contact the operator to confirm property-level data retention.
Retention and requests
Communications are retained as needed to handle your request, provide agreed services and meet applicable obligations. Email administrador@tecdeg.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; some obligations may prevent immediate deletion of contractual information.
Changes and future features
This notice does not activate ERP forms or payments. Analytics availability depends on configuration and your consent. Fields, purposes, permissions, providers, retention and user choices must be defined before those features launch. The date on this page identifies this notice version.
